Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of the Federated of Association of Travel and Tourism agents shall be:-

  1    to regulate within the terms of the Industrial Relations 

        Act relations between employers being agents in the 

        travel and tourism industry and employees;

 2    while at all times guaranteeing and respecting the

       constitutive  authority and autonomy of its member

       associations, to coordinate, plan and give direction to the

       activities of the members;

 3    to strive to improve the quality of services provided by

       member Associations for the benefit of the local traveller

       and foreign visitor and to actively encourage the maintenance

       of high standards of facilities and professionalism from all

        Maltese providers of travel and tourism service;

 4    to provide dynamic and effective leadership in the

      travel and tourism trade.
